通过提供与 FP&A 相关的增值投入,并确保将系统或业务流程中的变化整合到正在进行的活动中,参与财务系统或流程计划的开发、增强和实施;
 
促进和启动持续改进,以改进组织流程并产生卓越的业务成果;
 
使用 SAP-BPC 应用程序构建财务报告,为企业提供有关预算或预测差异的价值和洞察力;
 
识别和评估与新想法相关的潜在业务和财务影响或风险;
 
在预算/预测期间更新和维护服务器上的 BPC 报告和账簿;
 
积极与渠道和基金会业务合作伙伴合作,创建新的模板和工具,以协助将预算/预测数字上传到 BPC 系统;
 
不断改进 BPC 系统以提高流程效率并协助解决任何系统问题;

负责完成目标的设定和自我评估;
 
协调努力,使他/她的职位描述保持最新;
 
参加定期的员工会议,讨论和调整商业机会和优先事项;
 
在直属上司的支持下,负责个人发展和职业规划。
 
Participate in the development, enhancement and implementation of financial system or processes initiatives by providing value added input with respect to FP&A and ensuring that changes in the system or business processes are integrated into ongoing activities;
 
Promotes and initiates continuous improvements in order to improve organizational processes and generate superior business results;
 
Build financial reports that provide value and insight to the business on variances to budget or forecast using the SAP-BPC application;
 
Identifies and assess potential business & financial impacts or risks associated with new ideas;
 
Update and maintain the BPC reports and books on the server during Budget/Forecast periods;
 
Actively work with Channels and Foundation Business Partners to create new templates and tools to assist with uploading the Budget/Forecast numbers to the BPC system;
 
Continuously improve the BPC system for more efficient processes and assist in resolving any system issues;
 
Assist Sr. Finance Analyst with administration of the BPC system by maintaining the BPC dimensions;
 
Coordinates all aspect of the Budget and Forecast processes for areas within the Scope in terms of deadlines, reviews, targets, system uploads and variance analysis for Direct & OH expenses;
 
Coordinates the reporting and analysis of financial and non-financial key performance indicators;
 
Supports other teammates during month-end processes to investigate account variances, confirm account reconciliation status with Accounting and ensure timely completion of all required Journal Entries to achieve closing deadlines;
 
Initiates and performs monthly business reviews on year-to-date and current month results in order to provide visibility to the teams, facilitate financial projections and provide value added financial knowledge to areas within the Scope to ultimately increase business results;
 
Supports the Corporate FP&A Sr. Manager with various ad-hoc requests for data and analysis depending on the planning phase of the year;
 
Lead training sessions for onboarding new users to the BPC system and ensure the team is leveraging BPC’s full functionality;
 
Responsible for identifying, pursuing and sharing with teammates technical, professional and interpersonal training programs for his/herself;
 
Ensure alignment between the business and the Finance teams through regular and clear communication;
 
Responsible for completing objectives setting and self-assessment;
 
Coordinates efforts for keeping his/her Position Description up to date;
 
Participates in periodic staff meetings to discuss and align business opportunities and priorities;
 
With the support of the immediate supervisor, responsible for personal development and career planning.

Job Requirements
 
University degree and/or a professional designation (i.e. CPA, CFA, MBA) or degree with appropriate business experience
 
2 to 5 years of business experience. Strong business acumen and well versed in Financial Accounting and Financial Planning and Analysis.
 
Demonstrated leadership skills – knows how to connect and engage with colleagues, enhances dialogues in the workplace, encourages open and transparent communication, is a change driver with creativity and innovation in the workplace;
 
Strong communication skills – ability to make complex concepts simple and present to business leaders and other company groups; skilled presenter – demonstrated experience presenting concepts and clearly articulating complex issues;
 
Intellectual curiosity, desire to understand and challenge our business and processes;
 
Understanding of performance variance analysis, accounting principles and financial reporting aspects;
 
Knowledge and skills using SAP BPC, SAP Financials, SAP EPM and AO; comfort and ability to query SAP by transaction code (if required) or obtain multi-source BI data for analysis
 
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
 
Responsible for supporting 3 T1 members from a financial point of view;
 
Responsible for maintaining ensuring accuracy of the BPC reports;
 
Responsible for sharing knowledge and training co-workers on BPC.
